Hi ladies..

Yes, we are all Divas, for sure..

Well, this Diva stayed the same weight, 144, which she is thankful for after some indiscretions this past week.

Blood work tomorrow, which I have to pay for myself because of the cheaper insurance I have..I am trying a new lab, which is supposedly cheaper than our hospital..Oh well..

Yes, Phil will be on our minds and in our prayers as well as our sweet Mary Kay.

Wow..did anyone see the Alabama/Auburn game..Or at least the end over and over again..Wowza..My ds wrote on his FB "LOL Tide"..And Missouri fans should be proud
of their team..(even though they left us Big 12ers)..

Thanks for starting us up Carolyn. Love the name!!

I was down .2 for the month's average and I'm fine with that.

Did you try using healthcheckusa? You order your test, print out your order and find a lab near you on their web site and then go and they send you the results. Extremely reasonable!!! Thanks to Cindy for that wonderful tip!

MK, sending prayers for Phil. I'm so glad you had a good time in KC. It was a perfect weekend weather-wise, that's for sure!

After church this a.m. I think we're going to take Bailey out to the park to run and play. She's been cooped up a lot this weekend and I"m sure she'd love the activity. And of course, we'll be watching the Chiefs game.

Hi

Good for you, Sandy. Holding our own during December will be miracle.

The closest lab is in Tulsa so I'll just go locally. I have used the one in Wichita before for thyroid. This is my yearly hormone/lipid/thyroid panel and next year I will be on Medicare when it is time. Lol. Whoopee.

Morning!

Definitely a good weekend in KC. Great Zona Rosa shopping on Friday!!

Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes! I'm hoping for a Christmas Miracle!

I gained a pound over the weekend - so starting at 110.4.

I'll have to work to get it back down this week.
But i was at 124 last year, so I should quit whining, right!

Hello!
Wowee, Sharon - what a great loss for November!
I have no idea what I weigh but will creep on the scales soon.

We had Florida family (my first cousin & her family) in for Thanksgiving and had a great time playing games at my mom's last night until way too late. Mother and I slept in and she chose again not to go to Sunday School. She will soon enough, but I know when she does she'll be glad she did.

She's so much more like her old self. She talks more, smiles more. She's really coming back.

Buffy that toffee was easier for me to resist last year than this year....

Carolyn you have a busy week ahead! Hope all goes well.

MK - prayers for your Christmas miracle.

Sandy enjoy that game today!

Debby are you still on our side of the border? Hop you all are doing all right.

Happy December to all of you/us.

Hi ladies..

Sharon: Wowza on the 7 pounds...That is wonderful..

MKay: One pound on you looks good..

Buffy: Don't worry..I think our cold spell will return on Wednesday..Yummmy toffee..

I'm sure Judy's mom is enjoying herself with company, etc..and skipping Sunday School..LOLOL..

Ekk..our sermon was about the fruit of the Spirit and self-control is my problem when
I go out to the Mexican restaurant..Too many chips..No dinner tonight, though.

Hi there,
Sorry I've been kinda sparse... we're still traveling. Used up most of the day shopping in Prince George (closest big city to our town)... so we only traveled an hour closer today. (3 more to go, if the roads are good). Good thing though, as I just found out from our neighbor that we had freezing rain at home today... that is nasty stuff!
We were able to get my new cross country stuff So, I'm all outfitted & ready to go again.
Looked at furniture & DH did some more sports-shopping...
Half the time it takes is "learning" about the stuff we're looking for. So important to talk to a real person.

I've lost 15lbs this year! But it was all from July until now.
I gained a pound over the weekend, but hoping it'll be gone by tomorrow!

DH had a blood test and something else today - urine sample, maybe.
Tomorrow is a PET scan and a chest xray.

I wish the doc was in town this week.
I'd like to get this started!

Oh.... I guess it is getting started - all the tests.
Glad he's having all the preliminary stuff to see what they're dealing with.

I am amazed at your losing 15 lbs, MK. But you sure found what works for your body, didn't you? And you are so active. Heck Merlin probably takes credit for 10 of those pounds!

Quick hello and congrats to all of you for losing and or maintaining weight, constant struggle for sure. I haven't weighed for a while, clothes fit the same.

Traveled the last 2 days so just taking it easy today. Have a busy 2 weeks coming up with some company, some travel and toffee. 2 grandsons have Dec. birthdays so need to shop for that plus the Christmas shopping which has been cut way back in our family, makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Some more wintry weather coming our way soon, will be glad to see the cold, really don't care for this warmth we are having in December!

Hi gals..

Finally got back from OKCity..Dh did okay..He is recovering..and we need to go again
on the 18th for the other eye..

Ds is moving on Saturday to Tulsa..Snow is predicted for Thurs/Friday down there in JudyLand, so hopefully it will be clear on Saturday..He got an apartment on the 3rd floor..His dad can't lift anything more than 10 pounds, so he has a buddy that will help him and his old mom.. who is a tiny bit strong.

MK: 15 pounds!!!!! Hoping that Phil's diagnosis is quick and accurate once the test
results come in.

Brrr..is right..Have a Christmas Brunch in the a.m...I'll try to be good.

Turkey broth! Thanks for the reminder. I just might make my broth today since it's so bitter cold. I woke up to a little bit of snow this a.m. Not even an inch but it's still cold and I really want to just stay in today. We'll see how that goes.

Turkey broth... I need to drag my carcass out of the freezer..LOL..No, really..Ds is giving me a turkey from his freezer so he won't have to move it..Then we have a smoked turkey in there, too..And 25 more pounds of almond flour (sale at Honeyville this week) coming..Akk..

I am afraid to weigh, but will get plenty of exercise helping ds move, so I will work off
those extra calories..

My friend is making a pepperoni quiche this morning..

I suppose shock is the right word for it Sandy. We are getting our cold front finally now. I put a cover on my barrel planter to keep it from getting too cold.

Judy great to have your broth in the freezer waiting. Gel is so good for joint and gut health. I've ordered some so I can add it to my smoothies. I'm thinking my knee will benefit.

Lots of busy happenings going on around here. Family members moving and dear husbands starting treatments. Best wishes to all recovering from there surgeries and safe travels in bad weather to the loved ones moving.

Well my eggs and bacon with creamed coffee has done it's job at filling me up. Better start my day. Hugs to you all.
