New to LC/MP/HF & Have a Question

Hi everyone, I've been reading a lot of posts and learned a lot, but if anyone would be so kind as to help me get a couple of things figured out I would appreciate it.

When counting my carbs/protein/fat grams I realize that other than pure fat most food has a combination of any or all of the macronutrients. Do you count the protein in vegetables? What about the veggies that also have some fat listed on the nutrition label?

I do count everything in animal products and nuts but I don't know if veggies are only seen as carbs.

Thanks!

If you use an on-line program it will calculate them. However, I don't worry about the protein in veggies or the fat..
