Can't figure this out!
I'm interested in this WOE but having a heck of a time with how much I should be eating in all the categories.
Can someone PLEASE help me figure out my percentages?
I'm 158 and 5' 6".
I have tried and tried but I keep getting different numbers! :confused::eek:

Hi.....:) The key to this plan is watching the protein and not overdoing it. If you are trying to lose weight, you should aim for 1400 calories. I go to a LC WLoss doctor and she says that calories do count when you are losing weight. I'm shorter than you, so she gave me 1300 calories and told me to eat around 70 grams of protein.
So, if you are eating 1400 calories, then you should have around 30-35 net carbs,
70-75 grams of protein, and the rest fat. Basically, it is Atkins, but with modified protein. Too much protein is not good for you and can cause you to gain, but you did need a certain amount to make you healthy.
Using an on-line calculator is helpful to keep track of the percentages..We aren't so diligent about them, so you have to find your sweet spot..:)
