Thanks for bd wishes & glad you enjoyed the pics.

Back from jet ski, dinner, & grocery shopping.

Jet skiing is not for me. I didn't like anything about it... cold, wet, felt wobbly. DH dropped me off at nearest dock. I walked to nearest coffee spot (subway). He came back & took me in, ended up not using the whole 2 hrs. Well, now we know.

Yes, I feel better today. Finally! And I'm thankful.

I might have to try that noodle recipe!

Deb, sorry you didn't like the jet ski. I love them!!

Buffy, wow!!! WTG!!! Interested in hearing about your DD's success with her supplements.

Judy, plz report back if you make the noodles too.

Sharon, have you made the zuchinni yet??

We went to see Man of Steel. I was a bit disappointed but DH loved it. My back was killing me and I couldn't get comfortable so that might've had something to do with it.

Debby I'm also sorry you didn't like the jet ski - we love ours.
Were you driving? If I am a passenger I don't care a thing about it except holding on for dear life.

It gives "personal watercraft" the real meaning if you are driving.
Anyway, no need to repeat that.
Sorry.

YAY SANDY for feeling better!
That is a long time, I think, to feel not so well.

Now that you have asked, I will make the noodles tomorrow. I have a perfect "spaghetti" topping for them that needs to be eaten.

Sandy I did today. It's fabulous. Will do it that way a lot. I made some for lunch and was very satisfied.

Hi gals..and Jim,

I don't think I would like to jet ski very much, but it does look like fun for others..

Sharon: I have some zukes that I need to cook..

Sandy: Do you need a chiro appointment? I went last Friday and it was wonderful. I could go every week, but only go once a month.

MK: I am betting all your kids will get married at once..

Judy: Let me know about your noodles..

Ooo Sandy that's a good one. LOL

I just wanted to comment on the zucchini. I made one little change and used a healthy marinara sauce over each half along with pepper jack cheese and parmesan cheese. It was more Mexican style. Very good.

Glad you gals like them. The water was a bit cold & wasn't a real hot day to be getting wet (for me)... If it was I would of tried driving too (dh thought I should drive too)... but my body has an aversion to cold (as well as wobbly). I had pictured sitting on a beach while he played on it anyway, but it wasn't like that... not my choice of recreation. Saw some poor kiddo's that were trying to dry their iphones out! So glad I didn't bring mine.

Drunks in room next door last night, telling loud stories with doors open from 2-3 am this morning... thinking we should have a breakfast party at their door right about now...

Going to be warm the next while, heading to the cabin.

Have a great day!

I vote Sandy's tweak.

It looks like the noodles take so little time and prep, so I'm sure I'll put it off till later.
HA HA! But I'm very interested so I'll do it and report back.

Drunks in the next room are one of those things that sends me into the stratosphere. If you say anything they view it as a challenge, and you can't get that sleep back.

The next day (no doubt due to sleep deprivation), I am quite clumsy and find myself dialing the "wrong" room number (still no caller ID on room-to-room calls drunks!) and dropping things or things go unexplainedly loudly against the wall. Frequently.

I might get more mature about it one day.
I'll let you know if that occurs.

The "drunks next door" happened to us one night in Dallas when we were going to Padre. It was a Saturday night, so next morning when we got up we turned on a teleevangelist on the TV and turned it up good and loud and pounded the wall a few times with some added hallelujah's thrown in. Nowadays that would probably get you shot!! But this was the early 80s so we were pretty safe. And I doubt they even heard us, lol. Aren't we terrible????

Cleaning day!!

I have a desk in the corner of the bedroom where I've been stacking stuff forever.
I'm going to try to make a dent in it, plus change the sheets on the bed, do laundry, put away clothes, . . . .
