Here is my daily menu
Breakfast-3 eggs or 4 pork rind pancakes and couple sausage patties
Lunch-1 chicken thigh broccoli with butter and shredded cheddar cheese
Snack-Pork rinds
Dinner- Atkins frozen dinner(work a lot of hours sometimes pressed for time)
I went from 250 down to 220 since Jan. But have not move for a month up & down a couple of pounds .
I do workout 5 times a week 30min between weights and cardio now frustrated things were moving great
P.S I supplement on multi -vit and fish oil

Just three little words from my 11 years of experience.

Too Many Calories

You have lost weight and your body doesn't need those extra calories. Pork rinds are chock full of calories and salt..

You need to get on an on-line calculator and just type in what you posted above and count everything and see where you are.

I don't know what gender you are or how old you are, but basically you should aim for
1500 calories or a bit more if you are a guy..

Report back on the amount of calories and we can see where we are..

Too many calories..Cut back to 1500...Dr. Atkins nurse told me last year on the LC Cruise that many men have that problem..Too many calories.

It might be great for maintenance, but not for weight loss.

I know..Darn it, they are soooo caloric..Hmmm..can you have an Atkins shake on the way home? Or an Atkins bar or a Quest bar? Atkins bars are usually around 200 calories but they have protein and fats and some other good ingredients for your body.

Don't keep them in your car, cuz they will melt..If you drink something, like water, or
tea, with it, it is more filling.

My ds25 keeps the Quest bar at his desk at work and this is his breakfast.

How about bullet proof coffee for the ride?
Caffeine would keep you awake and the CO/Butter/HWC would keep you filled.

You're loss averages to around 8lbs a month or 2lbs a week.
That's pretty awesome
Don't looks for problems where there may be none. You won't lose the same amount every week, or every month.
