not really hungry why?

hello its about to be 2 weeks that im on induction and i would eat 3 maybe 3 times a day but lately i eat once a day and dont feel hungry at all later on. yesterday i had tuna and some jello today i had a pattie on some lettuce not feeling it, ive been doing p90x not that that has anything to do with it
is it normal not to be hungry

although i could always take a swim in cookie dough ice cream if it had no carbs haha oh the struggle

I expect this will pass soon enough and you should just enjoy it while you can. worry about it in a few weeks if you are still eating too little.

I'm there too

I'm ending my first week and just not feeling hungry around dinner time. I'm glad to see this isn't abnormal. I feel good, not as tired as I used to, and enjoying the quick results you see in the first few weeks going low carb!

Oh but the pangs of sugar. Will come I work at a bakery and things I wouldn't even want make my ummy say please just once!

That's actually one of the benefits of low-carbing. When more of your calories are coming from fat with reduced carbs, you don't 'feel' hungry, as fat is more satiating. Weight loss is easier if you know what you can eat and have meals and ideas ready
