We're having a good time at dd's home.
Molly is doing so great! Potty trained in 2 days! So sweet & cute & fun.... very chewy though... picked up chew toys for her today & she's thrilled. Also got her shots... but she got over it. she then proceeded to try to herd my 11 yr. old grandson! She's only 8 lbs. So cute!!
Blessings all!

Hi,

Let us know what happens when you make this Cindy.

Molly sounds perfect and extremely smart, Debby. She could be a nanny.

Lol. I started reading The Kitchen House and realize that I had already read it !! Duh. Hopefully none of you guys do that!!

Bad weather on the way. Haircut, having coffee with a young lady from church who needs a bit if direction but is special Ed. Meeting in the afternoon.

everyone have a great day.

Molly sounds perfect!! I'm glad you were able to get her Debby.

Carolyn, yes, I've done that and with movies too.

My dad is coming home today. He's been at my sister's for a month so my little break is over as well. It sounds like he had a good time, so I'm glad about that. And all the storms missed him while he was there, which is a good thing.

I miss Judy! I hope she's having a wonderful time.

Morning!

Debby - that's great!

Sandy - I'm sure your dad will be happy to see you and be home again!

Carolyn - I use Goodreads now for books, otherwise I'd read a lot of them again!

Cindy - I didn't taste it, but everyone said it was amazing!

Buffy - I'd love a quick week if it was going to be sunny - this looks like our only nice day!

I detest typing on my phone - so sorry.

I don't know that I'll ever again attend an Air Force Academy graduation. I'm sure my cousin and her DH are exhausted !! We sure are! Day after day of jam -packed activities to celebrate the graduate's awesome achievements... Completely deserved but seemingly unending.
So great being around our small family.

But I miss you all !!!!

Will be back out of the mountains in a couple of days. I also miss my keyboard. Ha!

I had a nice long post ready and lost it, grrrr, hate that!

I agree Judy, need our keyboards for long posts

Going to Austin today, Ollie has an ear infection so will keep him Friday and get hair done on sat. Birthday party here at Dallas on Sunday for Bobby.

Got a litte rain last night, everything is so green and lush, will have to remember that in August.

Hello everyone!

Hi ladies and Jim

I hate typing from my phone, too. I don't like long graduations either, but after all the Air Force grads go through, it is well deserved.

Just had my thyroid stuff drawn. Now to drive home and avoid the puddles.

Be careful driving to Austin!!!

Check in later, gators!!!

Woke up to an overnight snow storm! Everything is white but I bet most or all of it will melt. Crazy !

They are still skiing at A-Basin.

We went zip lining in CO Springs a few days ago wearing t shirts and shorts and got too warm !

I meant JUNE, not July...LOL..

Gosh, I hope you are safe, Judy..It all cleared up for a little while, then watch out tonight..I hope not..

Our town only went to the basement once this year. I was in Lawrence and Gary and Brett were at work in another town..So the only person who was home was Alex.

We are still in Colorado. It has snowed/ tiny sleeted most of today.
It is cold. DH is catching (and returning) fish and I have "borrowed" someone's unsecured network.

We have the weather channel on. My family is on their way to Tulsa...
But they are watching the weather.

Hope everyone can stay safe.
I'm so glad you have a basement, Carolyn.

Alex is probably one of those cats who reads the newspaper and drinks coffee when you and Gary aren't looking...

We skied A-basin one Memorial Day weekend a few years back and they continued till after the 4th of July. That's a little too much winter!

I love that one Cindy!! Is there a symbol for musical notes we could add to the title so everybody would get it for sure? Love it!!!!

I wouldn't want to live in a place that the winter was that long but how fun to go skiing when back home everybody is sweating. Kind of like going to Mexico in February!

Yes, we are fine up here. Some of our town friends went to Ok tonight and are stuck there. One gal is in a Quik Trip and another is in a church basement.

Lots of rain. Our pastor's wife is in KC going to run in some race tomorrow.

Stay safe everyone.

MK, love your notes. Please start our Beatles thread.

Hi everyone..

Dark day here...but birthday lunch for my friend Dianne with 2 other gals..Should be fun.. Salad bar at Big Cheese..that is all she wanted..LOL.

Weigh-in tomorrow..eeek, I was 143 this morning..Too many LC peanut butter cookies yesterday.. But, will be perfect today..

VBS had such a healthy snack last night..Orange/banana/cuke/cauliflower and carrots..I was so happy to see that. One lady there had lost 57 pounds in a year by going to my doctor. She only eats LC..

Alex is adjusting to being downstairs at night..He is so happy to see me in the a.m...

Today is dh's last day of work..AKKK...I hope he adjusts to home life..Luckily, I have several things going on. My insurance stops tonight, so he signed me up for COBRA, which I will only have for a month until I can get a better plan until I am 65..

Have a great day..Check in later..
