Switch from Atkins?
I eat a cross between Atkins and Primal. I've researched LC a LOOOOONG time, and I know that my body responds very poorly to excess carbs. I am eating a lot of protein on Atkins, and it's all gra$$ fed or organic so it's becoming really difficult to keep up with financially. I would like to try EFGT because everything I've researched on Mark's Daily Apple suggests that my macros should be more in line with the EFGT approach. Should I get the book or can I learn what I need to know here, being that I know the ins and outs of LC?

I find Mark's Daily Apple illuminating, always. Also, there are threads (or there used to be, I've not been here in a while

So the grass fed is great but regular beef also great just a diff 6/3 ratio. I take omega 3 sups and limit using seed oils. Like Island girl said check out frugal LC.
Have a great LCHF. Week! |
