Cottage Cheese: 1%, 5%, 9% or 18%?
Hello guys, I'm a newbie in lowcarb and I count calories. What do you think is it better to have 2%, 5%, 9% or 18% cottage cheese? I totally love it and there's no way I can do without it
And here are the nutrition data \100 gr: 2%: protein 18 fats 1,8 carbs 3,3 calories 101 5%: protein 18,5 fats 5 carbs 3,3 calories 121 9%: protein 17 fats 9-10 carbs 3 calories 150 18%: protein 14,5 58 fats 18 126 carbs 2,9 11,6 calories 200 The taste is almost the same, I love ALL cottage cheese, but the point is that 9% and 18% mess up my daily calorie limit. so is it better to have less carbs but more fat and calories, or less fat and calories but more carbs? and is the difference significant in this case? thanks in advance |

Since you are counting calories too (so am I) , I always aim for the 2%, especially if you don't taste a difference. The 18% sounds good though....
