The zoodle alfredo was a hit. I just melted some Mascarpone in the pan first and put it in.

Poor bunny...looks good.

Happy Easter to everyone..I think I will take "today's weight" after I weigh myself..How about everyone else.

I will post the new thread now in case we get home late tonight.

It's a gorgeous day here..We had rain last night, but the sky is clear and air is warm

Debby. I showed Dh your picture and he had been in Smithers. He sold a dryer in Houston. BC..

Off to KC.

That's so funny Carolyn! What a small world we live in!
Does he come up here often? Funny that he'd be way up here to sell a dryer!

You guys live in Kansas? We went there a couple years ago to visit my sister in Junction City. (she doesn't live there now, but we were there)!

What a marvelous day! We had a great time at church & on our ride today. Nice, relaxing evening.

Blessings to all!

Yes, it is a small world..He sold 3 in that area he said.. I know where Junction City is..
We are in the SE corner of KS..90 miles from Judy..

We had a wonderful day driving to KCity and back and having a fabulous lunch at The Brazilian Steakhouse..Wowza, it was amazing as Sandy said..They bring you all the meat you can eat, plus their salad bar was wonderful..Back on plan tomorrow..for sure.
Then we walked around the Plaza..It was in the 60's..

See you on the new thread in the a.m..

Debby, it wasn't just a dryer. I think it might've been some kind of lumber dryer or something. If I remember correctly what Carolyn told me in the past about her DH's line of work. Not that it's important but it makes more sense than coming all the way up there to sell a clothes dryer, lol.

We had a great Easter here too. But ate too much. Of course!! Carb free day tomorrow to get reined in.

Carolyn, I'm so glad you enjoyed the steakhouse. We need to go again soon.

Thanks Sandy for that explanation! Yep, lumber mills in this area would send all over for things such as that.

Sounds like we all had great Resurrection Sundays!
