I am leaving tomorrow evening so tomorrow will be busy for me, soooo, I probably won't get my picture changed, or any such thingy for now.

Carolyn, how awesome is it for you to go on your trip at 145, we are so proud of you!!!

I have not weighed since I last went to the Dr. and I had gained, so, I don't want to deal with it. So there! I am back to eating better but trying to add carbs to what I was doing before, like the Dr. suggested. I am also doing really good on the treadmill and feel good about these things. I don't want a bad number on the scale to make me sad before I leave So, I will just not deal with it right now.

Got my nails done and I made a batch of toffee today. I never did get any to DD's MIL, who loves it and I will see her in AZ on Monday, so taking her a container. Will take the rest to DS and DBIL. I made it to 4 stores, bought some workout capris at Kohl's on sale and now am home, very tired but feel good that I accomplished what I did. No more for today.

Judy, I went and posted pics of a berry topped yellow cake I made over on the Flour thread. My DBF said he didn't care for the berry topping (I liked it!) so may try chocolate frosting next time.

Hey! You're motor-cycle tourers too? So are we. Love it! Great to see you too!

Good to see you Mary Kay!

I'm loving having real faces again. Thank you so much!!

So glad you're feeling better Buffy. Headaches are no fun, but at least its not the full thing. My BIL had migraines non-stop & has tried everything, even surgery... he just recently got relief through acupuncture. Wonder if that would help yours? Good plan waiting to weigh. If your weight fluctuates & evens out from the added carbs, you won't be discouraged by it.

Vet said to keep Shelby from running & jumping & stairs. There's no way. She's going stir crazy without her walks & being kept inside most of the day. When she goes out she runs, jumps, etc. But her wound looks really good, so I'm hoping she'll be fine.

See you on our cool new thread!

Aw, I love seeing your pretty faces, too!!! GEESH Carolyn!! How wonderful you are at my goal weight!
And I am thrilled I never knew Cheesecake Factory had a sugar-free cheesecake...

Going to try to get these pics in here. I like the idea of adding something else to cover the beany taste of the bread. I'm still going to try Peggy's lemon cookie recipe.

Cindy I would ADORE a berry topping - I'll go look at your creation on the flour thread.

Buffy you can just weigh when you get back. Several days after you get back, in fact. You have all our permission.

Debby love your skiing avi!! And Shelby evidently feels no pain - what a spark she is!

MK I have NO idea what is wrong with the mail these days...

Sandy you may be sick and I fully support your going to the doctor, but you look younger in your new avi.

Do you have or like any chocolate Torani or chocolate DaVinci? I added that to my little chocolate cake and I would add that to chocolate frosting - it's a good boost.

LOVE your new picture! Wow, you look great.
Thanks, that was a week or 2 ago. Yeah, Shelby's definitely not feeling any pain. She is pretty tough, this one.

Since we got so much new snow, I'll be able to go x-country ski on my road again. unless it warms up right away again.
