EAT FAT GET THIN
Hi all, i have been on atkins before lost aropund 2 stone (about 8 years ago), however since past year i have been trying to lose weight with no sucess, i have not bought the book yet of Eat Fat Get Thin but from what i read its very similiar, only that u are allowed fruits and veg, I would really like to start and would like all the help and feedback and motivation. If i decided to buy the book i see there are two books available "Natural Health and Weightloss and Eat Fat Get Thin" which would be advisable to buy,
thanks |

I love Natural Health and Weight Loss..There is lots of wisdom in that book.
The part we don't agree with is the amount of calories we can eat. He recommends 2,000, but a lot of us can't do this.. His points are too much protein is not good, don't worry about the fat and watch the carbs. |
