So, what about red wine?
I am really excited to begin this woe and have felt great the last couple of days. I would like others comments on what my typical ratios come in at: calories: 1700-1900; carbs: 30-45; fat 80-130 protein: around 50
Second, I really enjoy red wine and like to have a glass or two in the evening...terribly bad idea? Can't give it totally up, just interested as I haven't seen any posts on this subject. Third, how often do you weigh yourself? I don't want to get in that routine of having it make or break my day. And finally, if I want to lose 10 pounds, based on my ratios, what could I expect? Really enjoy all of your posts and how informative they are for us newbies! |

Hmmm..The wine part is so individual. A lot of people on the LC cruise said they didn't lose when they added alcohol to their plan.
Start off with no wine and see what happens when you add a glass. Calories are a bit high unless you are an athlete and very young. Those calories are probably maintenance type calories. I weigh everyday to keep me legal and on track. Since you are near your goal, those last 10 pounds are the hardest. You have to be perfect on your plan..but it is very doable. |
