Hi, just joined and began the EFGT plan today

Pleased to find a support forum for this plan and looking forward to reading your success stories and sharing tips/menus and recipes

Have 50lb to lose, but will be happy to shift anything!!

Menu today:

Sausage/egg (home made type scotch egg) for breakfast
Chicken & Salad lunch
Cream desert

For dinner, will be:

Meatballs
Salad
Cream Desert
