Today 9/25/12

end of the months here pretty much, pissed off, i seriously do a 20 hour fast with a 4 hour eating window, eat about 1800 at 154 at 5'9, seriously? WTH? My lifts have been going up, so have reps, but cmon, no results? :/

Lol, im seriously embarassing myself, but i don't care....im pissed off and eh WTH :/

Wanna lose this weight....Hopefully sooner than later, I'm really shut down because im trying literally all i can....i really wanna lose these love handles :/ whats wrong with my freaking body? I'm mainly low carbing, a lot of cardio and strength training until i get into the low body fat %'s...my dad has the same issue, but im hoping to get rid of mine... I usually have around 70-80g of protein per day, tons of fat, and very very little carbs...around 20 grams at 5'9, 154 pounds....a lot of ranch, spinach, cheese, avacado, olive oil...i stay around 1700 - 1800 calories.

Take a day and eat whatever you want. Forget calorie counting. Splurge.

See if that helps. I've gotten myself out of plateaus from doing this. Usually I would eat a big poutine with gravy. Just make sure you dont eat any sugar (as that is what gets many people off the diet, sugar cravings come back hard).
