Serious problem with plataeu

WTH? I'm mainly low carbing, a lot of cardio and strength training until i get into the low body fat %'s...my dad has the same issue, but im hoping to get rid of mine... I usually have around 70-80g of protein per day, tons of fat, and very very little carbs...around 20 grams at 5'9, 154 pounds....a lot of ranch, spinach, cheese, avacado, olive oil...i stay around 1700 - 1800 calories. Take a day and eat whatever you want. Forget calorie counting. Splurge.
See if that helps. I've gotten myself out of plateaus from doing this. Usually I would eat a big poutine with gravy. Just make sure you dont eat any sugar (as that is what gets many people off the diet, sugar cravings come back hard). |
