Can you post a shopping list?
I am just starting this wol.. I have tried low carb in the past so I know some things to get but can some of you post your shopping lists or must have items from the grocery store.. Thanks..
Bacon, eggs, cheese (mozz & cheddar), low carb pizza sauce, frozen stir-fry veggie mixes, frozen broccoli, hamburgers, cucumbers, lettuce, butter, heavy cream, splenda, pumpkin (in the fall), ham, different types of nuts, carbmaster yogurt!
Sure I will give you mine, we are going shopping tomorrow.
Lean lunch meats (with no sugar)
eggs 2 dozen
brocolli x 2
tomatoes (to make a homemade tomato sauce)
spagetti squash (to put the homemade sauce on!)
bacon and turkey bacon

Spinach, butter, cheese (pepper jack/cheddar), ground beef 80/20, bacon, extra virgin olive oil, almonds (awesome when I'm patrolling for a quick snack), and SPICES. Oh, and if you haven't tried miracle noodles, try miracle noodles. They are "noodles" made from a root. zero everything, but carbs and there's less than 1g.
