Am I calculating this correctly?

Female, 4'11", 138 #

41 - 61 grams protein per day?

divided by 3 meals would be:

13.66 - 20.33?

Seems way too high for me.

Confused to say the least.

Hi Rotay..

There are 7 grams of protein per ounce of raw meat. That is much easier to figure.
For your total daily intake of protein, it would be between 6 ounces and 9ish ounce.
So, basically 3 ounces per meal. I would shoot for that and see what happens..

Hmmm..I think raw, but each "book calculates it differently"..
