newbie question...
I'm sure I'm not the only newbie that would like to know what kind of results everyone here has had on EFGT. Please share your results and give us all some inspiration.

Hello
I'm new also, I've been low carbing for 6 weeks. I love it. I've found the most wonderful product you can buy on the internet called Carbquik I couldn't find it in the stores not even Walmart, but at netrition.com they advertise on here all the time, and it's the best stuff ever.
Today I made there low carb biscuits recipe is on the box, and had sausage and mushroom gravy, and you use the same stuff Carbquik to make the gravy with, I use almond milk (1 carb per 8oz. serving buy at Walmart) and it was good. I've made cookies with carbquik and use splenda for the sugar. I hope we can stay in contact and help each other. I know this is the answer I've seen results from LC. |
