I have EFGT already..Should I get the new one?
Is it worth it to buy it since I already have EFGT? Just wondering if the information has really changed all that much in his new book? If there is lots of info that has been updated or new recipes, I will buy it.
thanks, |

My favorite place to find the cheapest price on used books: addall.com
Prices start at $9.54 for "Natural Health and Weight Loss" The "Eat Fat Lose Weight" books starts at $5.60. |
