Is it worth it to buy it since I already have EFGT? Just wondering if the information has really changed all that much in his new book? If there is lots of info that has been updated or new recipes, I will buy it.

Not really..And the recipes are rather English..:) The book is Natural Health and Weight Loss and I do like the form better..

What have you googled? I googled "Natural Health and Weight Loss" by Barry Groves and it came right up!!!!
