Cindy you make me TIRED!! It's always so pretty when it's done though.
My 2nd choice color would've been white but they didn't have any on hand so didn't want to wait.

Buffy, get well soon!! That's a bummer especially at this time of year.

Carolyn, Jamaica beach sounds good!! How long is the cruise? What are your stops?

I think my birthday dinner from Sunday found me this morning, lol. I was up a bit but have been perfect today. I actually had some leftover birthday dinner yesterday for lunch too which was probably one time too many, even with Dreamfields. It sure was yummy!!

I took Dad to run errands today after it finally quit storming/raining. My DGD called and said it was hailing in Topeka so I didn't want to risk getting my new ride hail damaged!

One thing I'm happy about....even with all my small veers off path with St. Pat's day and my first birthday celebrating I've stayed within my "safe window". I need to make sure I stay in that window as I continue celebrating the rest of this week and this weekend so I don't have to struggle too much to get back into it.

Oh, Buffy..Praying that you will get better quickly. Gosh..and you had the "shot", too...Hmmm..

There are about 250 plus LCers going on the cruise..Some from LCF's, too..Vanessa, Kent, etc..LindaSue is going to be at the Saturday dinner so I am dying to meet her..I'll have dh take pictures of us.. There is a FBook page for the Low Carb Cruise with lots of information on it.

Hmmm..was about .8 pound down from yesterday..154.000000...LOL..Really watching my calories as well as carbs..and writing everything down..

MK, if I don't watch my weight closely it tends to "run away" with me and then SURPRISE!!!! It's just easier to weigh and record every day. Even when I know it's going to show a gain.

I made some really yummy chicken cutlets tonight. I dusted a little bit of Jenn's low carb baking mix on them along with some pepper, garlic and some Mrs. Dash and browned them in olive oil. Then I made a sauce out of 1/2 & 1/2 and about 3 T boursin cheese. Yummy!!! Also had buttered asparagus and tomato/cuke/onion (very little) salad with ranch dressing.

Avon now sells haircolor..My exercise owner sells it and I ordered a brown..We will see how it looks when it comes in..LOL..

Sandy: I went to Braums and found the Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese..I think that will work great on the "sauce" of the chicken recipe.

Was back down to 153.4 today..I guess watching what you eat matters..

I'm making a big pot of soup for a church thing and it's 80* outside!!! And 2 pans of cream cheese swirl brownies for a church thing tomorrow. They should be okay to bake today and take for tomorrow evening shouldn't they? I sure hope so, cuz that's what I'm doin'!

I didn't tell you ladies, but remember my diabetic friend, Barb? She is 65, lives in Senior Housing and has always been single..Well, she has a boyfriend..He is 74, she said and they have a lot in common. Barb hasn't had a date in 25 years, so this is all new to her.Wishing her the best...I told her to let him pay for everything..no kidding..She certainly doesn't have extra money..

My dh is going to my hometown in NH next week for business..I have too many things going on and I don't like to sit in the car all day while he has his meetings..But, he will see my brother..

It's really early!

I'm up at 3:00am because the dog got diarrhea and it's in my room, the living room, the bathroom and he's now outside!
I hope it's nothing serious. I'm not letting him back in for a while ~ but I'll have to before the paper boy comes, so I can't fall back asleep!

Ugh, I hate it when the dog gets sick all over, especially in the middle of the night!! I feel for you and the dog! I was awake from 3:30 to 5:00 this morning. I got hot so finally went and turned the attic fan back on; that was too much moving around and woke me up too much so then I just laid there thinking, trying NOT to think, lol.

LOL..I got hot in the night, too..3 a.m., so I go into my son's room to sleep. Works great..The cat can still find me in the a.m...LOL

Yikes on the "bathroom" problem for your doggie..I hope he is all better today.Maybe he ate something he shouldn't have..

Yes, Buffy, Buffy..You might have to go in to the doctor's again..A little gal in our town ended up in the hospital for a little while with pneumonia, so I guess it is going around..take care..dear friend.

I really think this "calorie counting" thing is working..I was 152 this morning, but I have been there before. I'm not hungry either..Aim for about 1100..And, I am avoiding those handfuls of nuts I was gobbling down, too.
