newbie without a gallbladder
 

Is it ok to do this when I have had my gallbladder removed?? doesn't your gallbladder help process the fats?

I have no gallbladder either, but have never had a problem eating fats and digesting them.
Some people get the dumping syndrome, but everyone varies..

Immediately after having my gallbladder removed I had difficulty eating fats because it caused diaphragm spasms. My body soon adjusted and for years now I have had no problems at all eating fat.
