EFGT and JUDDD??
Does anyone here incorporate JUDDD into their EFGT diet? I love eating the more fattier low carb foods and thought that fasting MWF while still doing EFGT on the alternate days might even boot the weight loss a little more....
Would love to hear from others who have done this and it worked for you |

I tried JUDD a while back and the calories were too low..I think this might be a good experiment for you to try making sure that you aren't bottoming out with your blood sugars..

I did it for two weeks and while I was trying to maintain, or not gain, I actually lost a couple of pounds.
Up Days were my max daily calories at 65%Fat or higher and trying to keep the protein 20% or higher Down days were pretty much free days but lower calories, but not as low as 500 calories somewhere between 600 and 900. Last edited by metqa; 02-08-2012 at 01:45 PM.. |
