What do you guys and gals do for between meal snaks? What cals fat protein and carbs per snak. I tend to grab a small piece of meat or if available an ounce or 2 of cream cheese.

Hmm..I grab a LC cookie that I have made many times. Or meat with mayo.
There are different theories on snacking..Some peeps feel it is better to eat a decent meal so you don't need a snack, that way your blood sugar isn't always "high" and others like to eat smaller meals. I think if you snack, then you shouldn't eat huge meals..Because all that food adds up. |
