What do you guys and gals do for between meal snaks? What cals fat protein and carbs per snak. I tend to grab a small piece of meat or if available an ounce or 2 of cream cheese.

Hmm..I grab a LC cookie that I have made many times. Or meat with mayo.

There are different theories on snacking..Some peeps feel it is better to eat a decent meal so you don't need a snack, that way your blood sugar isn't always "high" and others like to eat smaller meals.

I think if you snack, then you shouldn't eat huge meals..Because all that food adds up.

I have found that smaller meals and small snacks work best for me.

After all, when we were hunter/scavengers that is how we used to eat

Plus, when you eat too much, you body has to store the excess energy. Keeping low levels of intake all day long helps decrease your body's need to store
