I was actually at 119.8 yesterday morning!!

I figured the scale must need a new battery!!

But only 120.1 this morning, so maybe . . . .

I read somewhere that the 7-keto helps with cholesterol - true?

Hi everybody!! I'm back!! And missed the bullet again regarding the weather. We missed the winter blizzard and now the hottest week of the year around here. We're very lucky in the vacation dept. We had so much fun! We rented bikes for the week and probably rode at least 25-30 miles!! No hills but still activity. And we walked a lot too. But of course, we ate a lot too so it was a draw on the weight. I was up a little for the month but am back at it hard and heavy. The wedding is in about 6 weeks and I would like to lose at least 5 pounds for that. Maybe that'll give me incentive. Ha!

MK, a very happy belated birthday to you. It sounds like you had plenty of celebrating, which is always good.

Carolyn, glad to hear Brett is all settled and happy with his job. Too bad about the girfriend. It might not make it as a long distance relationship if she's already unhappy. Better to find out sooner than later though.

Cindy, I take DHEA in my bio-ID hormones. Should I not take the 7-Keto then?

Buffy, I forgot how old Ollie is? Colton is 5 months and I forget when they start to move around on their own, lol. He likes to be held so much I don't know when he'll start, lol. He seemed to change a lot in just one week!! It's amazing really.

The high temps in Newport Beach was about 71-73 every day. Let me tell you, it was hard to leave that and come back to reality!! I had my laptop but didn't really use it. We were always busy or tired and going to bed, lol. It's become one of our favorite vacation spots.

Yup, time will tell on Brett's gf..Once she starts student teaching this fall, she won't have time to worry about herself, etc..

Dh is on a trip..Don't remember where..maybe down South..Have to look at his itinerary, I guess..LOL..

So...ds and I are going out for dinner tonight..That will be fun. He is leaving for GA tomorrow with his boss..good experience seeing what they make in a factory, etc.

I went to see The Help with 10 girlfriends last night.
LOVED it!!

My weight has been up and down all week - and my BFF (maid of honor) is coming in tomorrow from CA! Lunch just with her and dinner with her and a group of local friends.

DH's bday is Saturday!

I take 100mg twice a day and have not had any gi issues.
