Meal size determined by time of day?
Hi,
I just started EFGT after a couple of rounds of HCG. Been doing it a couple of weeks. Do you eat a bigger meal in the morning and taper off later? I've been trying even 200cal meals every 2 to 3 hours depending on hunger but am struggling to stay under 2000cal a day. Reccomendations? |

Hmmm..For me it is easy to stay under 2000 calories a day..If you are eating every 3 hours, you should really eat less than 200 calories each time.
That never worked for me..I prefer 3 meals and maybe a snack. |

3 hour meals
Hi,
I'm not awake or active 24 hrs a day say 16 -18hrs so 5 or 6 meals x 200cal is 1200 some meals larger because of hunger. |

During the week I usually have my biggest meal for my first meal (lunch). On the weekend it varies, due to the fact that I might be eating out, then dinner is usually my largest and most calorific. I don't eat very many calories throughout the day, just due to hunger reasons, but I'd typically say my lunch is around 500-600kcals.

Dr. Groves thinks that our biggest meal should be breakfast, then medium lunch, then
small dinner..Our metabolism slows down during the day and we don't need as much food in the evening.. |
