It's 4:30pm. and I just ate "dinner" 5 oz. of smoked pork butt swimming in butter because the pork doesn't have enough fat in it:eek:. I've had 1800cal. today (I've been averaging 1700cals a day)and I've still got 5 hours to bed! I start at 4:00am. and try to eat 200cal (2oz. cream cheese)every 2 to 3 hours but today I was ravenous. I'm doing EFGT in place of HCG because I lost faith in HCG but on HCG I was never hungry between meals. Maybe I'll try EFGT with HCG and lower cals.
