New to this forum
Hi All,
I'm new to this forum have done 2 rounds of HCG and lost 60lbs:D. I have a feeling after much research that HCG is not real:(. I'm going to do EFGT for awhile and see if I can match my previous loss. I've done Aktins didn't stick with it and when I was a teenager (40 years ago) my endocrinologist introduced me to Stillmans lost a lot but didn't maintain. I'm going to start this with a fat fast this weekend into next week then into EFGT. Just found ****** which I think will be a great help in keeping my ratios inline. Thanks in advance for all the great posts I've read and the recipes I'm drooling over.

Fat Fast
Started Fat Fast Fri. afternoon it's Sunday morning and I'm down 5lbs. I've had some hunger pangs last night and broke down and ate some smoked pork. I've eaten about 1700 cal. each day. I plan to stay on this until Wed. Fro now on when I pang I'll reach for the cream cheese. My numbers are approx. 90% fat 5% protein and 5% carbs.

Wow..that is amazing..The Fat Fast is a 5 day program developed by Dr. A.

EFGT program is about 60-65 Percent fat and better for long term..:)

Fat Fast morph into EFGT
I hope the losses continue at around 3/4 to 1lb. a day. I plan to work into the EFGT plan more or less when I can't handle the lack of variety. Right now this might as well be called the cream cheese heavy cream diet. Ocasionally some eggs and bacon.

Well..sometimes peeps will gain back a little bit when they morph into another plan..Best to do it very slowly.
