Paging Carolyn F. with some question
Thanks for answering my other post. I've done a lot of reading but I'm unsure about some things.
I have to stop eating red meats and most other meats for several weeks due to some health tests. I also coincidentally have a kitchen full of garden produce to work with. Am wondering if I have very little meat for the next few weeks, and just eat green beans, spinach, avacadoes, eggs and cheese in a variety of ways, will I de-rail myself? |

I think you will be fine..Sorry this is late. Just focus on good fats with your veggies.
Eggs are the perfect food.. protein in. How about some whey protein shakes? Cream/ice/whey protein mix? or coconut milk with whey protein mix? |
