Paging Carolyn F. with some question

Thanks for answering my other post. I've done a lot of reading but I'm unsure about some things.

I have to stop eating red meats and most other meats for several weeks due to some health tests.

I also coincidentally have a kitchen full of garden produce to work with.

Am wondering if I have very little meat for the next few weeks, and just eat green beans, spinach, avacadoes, eggs and cheese in a variety of ways, will I de-rail myself?

I think you will be fine..Sorry this is late. Just focus on good fats with your veggies.
Eggs are the perfect food.. and with eggs and cheese, you can get some good healthy
protein in.

How about some whey protein shakes? Cream/ice/whey protein mix? or coconut milk with whey protein mix?
