Is it OK to eat baby spinach salad if that's your only carb of the day?
Lately, I've been craving more greens and want to just dive into a big bowl of organic baby spinach with homemade fatty ranch dressing. I also need to cook up a bunch of fresh green beans to which I'll add bacon grease.
Are these OK on EFGT?
These would be eaten for lunch or for dinner. The other meals/snack would be fats.

Does this mean it's OK to eat a big salad made of baby spinach and avacado? Are green beans OK?
Absolutely...Green veggies are the best buck for your carb allowance..Subtract the fiber out and you barely have any, but it is good to always "count"..
