Hi, I'm new
my name's Emma. I'm new here. Been on the Ketogenic diet since Monday, not really noticing major changes yet but hopefully things will start to be visible in the next couple of weeks.
I was glad when I came across this forum. Didn't realize there were so many different diets! I am trying to focus on the high fat and no carb foods.
My main problem is coming up with meal plans. lol.
Oh well, just wanted to introduce myself!

Linda Sue has wonderful recipes..Google Linda Sue Low Carb and you won't be at a loss for meal plans..However, she does use minimal carbs to make the meals more interesting..
