Hi gals..

Yup, the $$$ covers gas and lunch..and some clothes..

We are hot, too..There is rain everywhere but the mid section of the country..We need rain badly..Farmers are upset..of course.

MK: I'm sure FL will be cooler than here..What city are you going to visit???

Another WW call this afternoon..work, work, work.

Morning
Office work and last load of laundry today. Start gathering up some paperwork to take to DD's house where I am going after dinner club tomorrow night. Will stay with the little ones for 5 nights while they go to San Francisco. Will be a fun time and of course a busy one. Their nanny will be there during the day though and there is also one who comes during the evening and will stay if I want to go out but I usually run around some in the daytime and stay home with the kids at night. I try to shut myself off in DSIL's office part of the time and get some of my work done but the kids are old enough now to know I am in there and it is pretty hard to keep them out, haha.
MK, enjoy Destin, I have been through there but never stayed there, popular spot.

Well, we are moving Brett a week from Saturday..Get the truck, drive 200 miles to Salina, spend the night after eating at the Japanese steak house, then pack and head back to Indy to unload at the new apartment. Rachel (gf) will be joining us at 5:30 as she drives from Tulsa. She will stay at my house until Monday morning..

Gary drove up to the farm (his deceased folks)..Crops are all dried up..no corn or beans.. We rent the land, but I feel sorry for the farmer who makes a living out of it..

Okay..my friend Amy and I are starting a video series called Made to Crave..There is a book about it..It talks about craving God, not food..We are doing a little study together.
We are going to see how it goes for both of us, then might expand it to others peeps after we do it..This author doesn't eat sugar..

That's a darling picture. I think Colton might need one of those dinos soon! Have fun with the kiddos. Thank goodness you have a nanny to help. I had Colton for about 5 hours today. He was perfect! And is really getting quite the personality. He loves to look at himself in the mirror and he loves his new exersaucer I got for him. My house is filling up with baby things again!

Carolyn, I saw that somewhere. I'll be interested to see how that goes. I love God, but I love food too, lol.

My thermometer says 104!! Ugh!!!

I left my house this a.m. at 5:15 to head to Lawrence to the sidewalk sale! We left about 1 p.m. and it was HOT! but I got some great buys!! Two pairs of Rafters flip flops, 1 pair of Birkis, a KU hat and 6 KU shirts for me and DH. Two pairs of earrings, a hobo hippie bag, 2 sets of sheets and lunch! All for under $200. Barely, but still under. I'm the one who usually finds nothing and today I hit the jackpot!!! I almost got too hot though. I had a really hard time getting cooled down. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks, but I got them for $30 so we'll see how I like them. My luck I'll fall in love and want more and they're so expensive!!

Buffy, enjoy the kiddos. And MK enjoy Florida. I'll probably be gone when you guys get back. We're heading to Newport Beach again and I can't wait. Cooler weather and lazy days on the beach.

I'm down to 150.4 this a.m. and I'm going to try to get to 148 before we leave. So I can have room for vakay weight!!

What cute simple to make little dresses and I am not a good seamstress.

100mg with breakfast, 100 with lunch. I'm not really watching what I eat and I vasilating between 122 and 123 so the lowest I've been in a year. I do need to get my thyroid checked. I feel fine but am still on 3 grains and I wonder if my FT3 is up and that's the cause. I hope it is the 7-KETO.

I think it would be interesting to see what your numbers are with the 7-KETO, Cindy.
I was doing synthroid and cytomel and my weight was not budging, so I went back to
my 4 grains of ERFA thyroid from Canada...I think my doctor thinks I am nuts..LOL

Down a bit to 155 this morning..I am hoping it sticks. I have been extremely "good" lately..

Busy day from the very beginning. And I can't even tell you I got anything accomplished except cooking tons of bacon outside on the grill, one load of laundry and a movie. And church of course. The rest of the day just felt busy I guess, lol.

I was being very good until my giant nemesis, the weekend, showed up. Tomorrow.......again. Last week to try to get a little bit more off before our trip.
