OK, Here's the scoop for day one:
B= 2 eggs, fried in 1 T butter, 2 strips of bacon, 1 slice carb style bread w/butter coffee (very tall) w/ 1/4C half & half L= 1C veg soup, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 8 wheat thins, 1/2C blueberries D= 1C(raw) 80% hamburger fried in coconut oil with onions and red peppers mixed salad w/ blue cheese dressing , jello w/whipped cream Throughout the day water = almost a gallon I'm winging it and I have no idea if my %'s are good. I'm off to ****** to find out. Please join me and post your menu so we can learn together.

If you are first starting out, your carbs should come from veggies. I would ditch the bread and the crackers until you are losing like crazy. The blueberries are fine in moderation as are other berries.
Most of us have found that too many calories doesn't work, so it is a great idea to do ******. Fat should be around 60 percent..and that can add up very, very quickly.. and welcome. |
