Carbs or NET carbs????
 
On EFGT do you count the full carbs or the net carbs? I can understand counting the sugar alcohols as carbs, but what about the fiber?

I think Barry subtracts the fiber..Yes, some peeps count 1/2 the carbs in SA..

Thank you Carolyn. When I put things into ****** it soes NOT subtract the fiber. I will just do that on my own.
