fast question from a newbie
Hi Everyone,
I promise I'm looking over the wonderful stickies and reading but I was hoping someone might be able to give me a quick thumbnail compare / contrast between EFGT and Protein Power. I'm familiar with Atkins, South Beach, Zone and general LC woe but learning about both EFGT and PP (I'm sort of "diet shopping" and deciding which way to go) Thanks in advance! |

Well, it is similar to PP as PP is a controlled amount of protein, too. Bascially, if you stay away from grains/sugars/high carb veggies and fruits, you should be fine.
The key to EFGT is not to overdo the protein..Most women should take in between 60-90 grams of protein a day..Spread out, of course.. |
