Donna..When you are up, it's mostly water retention, so drink some extra water and it will all flush out.

Ds found a plasma at BBuy..The boys had to go to Joplin, MO (90 miles). Dh measured the car (Camry) and thinks it will fit...Hmmm..

You know what I just found ? Baja Bob's sugar free drink mixes in margarita, daiquiri and Pina Colada from Netrition. I just bought some coconut rum for the Pina Colada mix and have been using the margarita mix. You can freeze the Pina Colada mixer before alcohol and then put with the mixer and rum in a blender.

Hi!
Great evening with friends - wine tasting, dinner, and then I watched Shutter Island. Weird ~ but good!

Cindy - do you like the mixes?

Carolyn - just get a pretty table to put under the TV and put the Wii on it!

Yes - definitely poor IL! What a tough way to lose!
Our HS team lost too - not a good day to be orange and blue.
Though being black and gold wasn't too helpful either!

I feel marvelous!!
Can we have an extra hour every day?

/QUOTE]

Yes, the Pina Colada is 60 calories a cup but that is tons better than regular. The margarita mix is pretty much calorie free but tart for my tastes which is fixed with some Splenda. I am taking the individual packets on my scuba trip. They said we can buy tequila in Belize and take it on the ship. Hope the boat rocking and alcohol isn't a bad idea!

thanks for the info on the mixes. we didn't use any - made them 'homemade' (which included a bunch of random ingredients but tasted fab!)

love the visuals on the tv in the little car! LMBO!!

went to heb today and restocked the fridge and freezer. boys were Starving by the time i got home - so made them a huge carb fest - 3cheese ravioli w/ marinara sauce. they ate it so fast i didn't even have time to heat the garlic bread. LOL
i made sausage/broccoli/alfredo. yummy!

been dog sitting for my mom and they are finally gone and now i have a house full of leaves that they brought in with their long hair (can't spell the little dogs breed - and a spaniel). anyway - i'm overwhelmed with the messyness of my house and avoiding it by playing on the computer.

it's beautiful outside - maybe i'll avoid the house by doing yardwork.

Hello gals! Ive been MIA since Halloween, feel off the hhcg wagon and it is taking me all week to get back on! These holidays are going to be tough!! I can only try, right? Oh received a wonderful early Christmas gift from my daughter. She bought a cruise for my husband and I. She, her bf, Paddy and I leave Jan 7th (go to Miami a day early) for a 7 day easter Caribbean trip. Hubbys sister lives on St Thomas so we get to spend a day with her, too. I would sure love to have a few more #'s off by then.

Sending positive vibes so we all have a productive week! Night night.

Susie - How fun!!! You can lose more! We're here for you!

Donna - how about pics of the dogs!

DS18 doesn't have school today, so I'm getting a later start.
I have spin class at 9:15, but first out for a walk!

BBL!

Hello all!
I don't have any way to get pictures on my computer from the camera. sorry.

my boys are 10 & 5. my steps are 21, 15, & 12. (girl girl boy).

i'm back up to 174 this morning.
but i had a high calorie high carb weekend so i'm not surprised. probably lots of water so here comes the tea!!!

so welcome Monday ~ my washer started screaming like a little girl in extreme pain. then it died. i walked away -- in case of explosion.
My hubby said he'd 'look' at it. He did (no taking apart - no tools - just looked) and now it works. go figure. sure hope it says 'looked' at!!!!

so.. house work today - laundry (i hope) and such. i'll be back at yoga again tomorrow.

have a great day everyone!

Happy Monday,

I just got straightened out by the chiro. I exercised first, so my muscles were easy to manipulate..LOL.

Susie: I was wondering how you were doing on the Hhcg stuff..That cruise sounds wonderful and you guys deserve it..

Donna: Carbs are killers on the weekends.. That is my downfall sometimes, too.
Glad your washer is fixed..Hope it keeps plugging away.

Need to buy a TV stand..I found one on Saturday..so I'll get it today. Gary can now see the numbers on the basketball players..LOL.

Brett has a phone interview this afternoon at 2..

Have any of you heard about the new WW program set to roll out right after T-giving? It sounds like they're "finally" getting around to realizing how important protein is for us. It's the most major shake up I've seen in years for them. All I can find out is from England or Germany and it's hard for me to convert those measurements but I'll be interested to see what shakes out. I need something "new" to get me started on the right track again. I love EFGT but sometimes I just need a new plan to occupy myself, lol.

Morning.
Too tired to write much, but a fun, busy, hectic weekend in Austin. DSIL and DGS 10 got food poisoning though, so that was horrible.
Still fighting off the sore throat, ears, etc., going to have to get to the Dr. this week.
Love reading what all of you have been up to, hugs to all.

Brett's interview went well on the phone..The company is Eastern Chemical in Kingsport, Tennessee, wherever that is..No, it's on the north eastern edge of Tennessee.

Walked this morning (2.5 miles) , then spin class (about 17 miles), home, shopping with DS18, grocery store, home, lunch, cleared out the front garden (cut down, pulled up and raked for 90 minutes) then walked another 2.5 miles.

I feel great!

Carolyn - Yay Brett!

Oh...let us know about the hfstore..

Oh..Buffy, sending healing prayers your way..Let us know what the doctor says..
Big hugs....

Just helped Brett think of what to say in his "thank you" note to his phone interview yesterday. I think we managed to get through it without too much frustration..Moms
know a little bit, I think..Even though we might be older..
