Morning!!
Carolyn - WTG!!! I've only lost .6, but I'm at a new low ~ 116.6! ![]() LOVE the title!! Yesterday was busy. I cleaned most of the house, got a massage and then went to a soccer game ~ we tied, but since it was against a team that's 12-1, we considering it a win! ![]() DD23 came home about midnight but I was already asleep, so I get the privilege of waking her up this morning! ![]() |

Still 149.8 this a.m. No gain (whew), no loss (shoot) but I'll take it. Considering how I was all over the scale the whole month I'd just about consider it a minor miracle, lol.

Hey all you skinnies! I was down .6 this morning, so I've lost 4 pounds since Monday. It's about to slow down I'm sure.
I'm at a weight that has kindof been a sticking point for me so I need to be strong this weekend. I watch a lot of football on the weekends and it's hard not to snack a lot during the games (not to mention having cocktails). But there's time for that when I'm at goal, right? This has been a fast week for me at work (work at a CPA firm). Slow today so I will probably be leaving early. Looking forward to a weekend with no plans so I can just relax. We're having really warm weather here in Colorado so I'm lovin' it! Have a good day everyone. |

Hi ladies..
Prayers for Buffy's safe travel to NE.. Glad we all did okay this month..It is totally amazing to me how the "set point" theory works..To lose or gain something drastic has to happen..like many carbs.. Dharma..we are so glad you are back with us and back on track. We are having great weather here, too.. Goal weights, anyone?? Cindy is at the perfect weight for her..I would really like to be 140..

I'm going to shoot for 147. I should go look what day of the week the 1st comes on before I make any major goals, lol.
Lisa, I hear you on the football and snacking/drinking. They just seem to go so well together but you're right. It will all still be available in the future forever. |

Hi..
Yes, the other day I was watching football and thinking popcorn at the same time. It's safer at home, though than in the stands of a real game.. Goodbye potluck for our neighbors tonight. I made Jennifers Ganache Cheesecake yesterday..Will let you know how it is. |

Crossroads was recently bought by the same guy who built OakView Mall and a big renovation is planned. Praise the Lord! Hubby and I still go there several times a week to walk and drink Starbucks while reading at Barnes and Nobles. Love that nice quiet time. Hope your brother is doing well! Lost 2#s for Sept. Ive decided to try HHCG for this next month and see if I can really jump start my losses. Im in denial that NEXT MONTH is Thanksgiving and the start of Christmas season!!!!!

Im on insulin (on my siggy). Im hearing some really interesting things on the HCG threads and thought, what the heck, might give it a try. When I was over in Europe in the 1970's (hubby was a medic there) a Dr on the base was doing a HCG weightloss clinic and quite a few of the gals in my TOPS group were losing well. I was intrigued and still am! I will always be comfortable in this thread and would not leave.

Hi ladies..
Good for you, Susie. Keep us posted..Did you start already? It's 36 so far, but will make it up to the 70's.. I'm dying my hair with that 10 minute root stuff. I hope my roots are the same color as last month's "color"..LOL. My friend June (who went back with her hubby) is coming for a lunch visit on the way to see her sister in Wichita. Our BStudy will meet with her..Should be fun..Of course, we will go out.. Time to wash this stuff out..Cya later. Loved Courtney's pictures on facebook, MK.. |

Took DC17 to the vet today as she has a small mass on her hip. He did a needle biopsy and is sending it to pathology. He is concerned it is a fibrosarcoma which is a non-metastatic, fast growing, aggressive cancer. This is the smallest one he has seen as many owners wait til it is the size of an egg and then it is too late. We will know probably Wed. She will need surgery if that is what it is and aggressively resect it as they tend to come back. If left untreated, it will grow fast and wrap around her spine and that will kill her. So we will know Wed. If it is fibrosarcoma, I am relieved to know it is considered small and should be fairly easy to get out. Poor DC. I will keep you apprised.
On a happy note, I made a black bean cake for BF who topped it with SF pudding and he loved it. That really is a good cake. MK, I just noticed all of our Avi's are our pets but yours. Do you have pets?

I remembered to buy some SF chocolate pudding today. I want to try that with my LC choc cake too.
Poor kitty. It's so hard when our fur babies are sick. Hopefully they'll get it out of there and she'll be fine in no time. |

Oh, Cindy..Your DC is so lucky to have a Nurse for a Mommy..Prayers for all of you.
Grumble: Brett didn't get the Genesys KCity job..He wasn't a good fit for his qualifications. We are still plugging away..Methinks this will be a long process unless the economy does a miracle turn around.. ![]() |

Susie, I think Cindy's cat is the one with the tumor, not the horse. She has a whole menagerie of fur babies who own her. Right Cindy?
