Cheese!!
Does cheese make any one stall?? Im stuck on my last 5lbs and I have been been eating a lot of cheese lately...having issues in other departments, any suggestions on easy low carb snacks I could bring to work instead?

Cheese has a lot of protein so it's easy to overdo it. I've cut back on it too.
I don't eat snacks, just my 3 meals a day and I'm not hungry in between. That's what I love about this WOE. Sorry I don't have any snack suggestions! |
