MK, I think you lost because you walked 5+ miles a day. Several years ago I got to walking about 2 hours a day and the weight just started falling off of me, it truly is great exercise and if you are consistent at it, it truly works. I MUST get back into the habit, maybe not 2 hrs a day but I could easily take an hour a day from the time I waste and walk. Of course careful eating always helps too but I also think walking that much helps control your appetite some.

That's great to know.
I'll keep it up as long as the weather permits!

and I noticed I'm faster now too.
It only talks me about 45 minutes twice a day now!
