The brand is "Precious Cat" and the product is Cat Attract Ultra. They make litter but I bought the stuff you sprinkle on top of your existing litter. It kinda looks like powdered cat nip. I sprinkle 2T on top of their litter everyday when I clean the box. Since these were 2 new boxes, I put the Cat Attract in a box and put DC15 in it. When I put her in it earlier, she immediately got out. Quickly! When I put the cat attract on top (I leave it on top of the litter) I put her in the box again, she smelled it and immediately peed in the box and she has used it every since. Both the Natures Miracle and Ultra Cat Attract I bought at Pet Smart.

I was able to find it (by searching online). $11 will treat 100#s of litter it says. Good deal!! TY so much! Hubby was telling me it was time to "tic-toc" the cat (his word for put down) but she IS a good cat, just has a quirky new problem is all!

Hi..
Yes, I did use that Cat Attract stuff when Alex was not going in the litterbox..It worked like a charm. I got the powder, too. I think you might not have to use it all the time once they re-program their little brains.. No "tic-tocking", dh.. |

lol @tic-toc, DH knows I hate for him to say that. He says "TicToc! In the garbage!" to get my goat! Kitty is about 10 yrs old and I think what started this problem is we adopted my daughters shitzu dog (her apartment wont allow pets). Hope the litter powder changes things. She just had her vet visit so I do not think its a UTI, shes peeing in the boxes...its the poo poo we're having trouble with. Tantrum of sorts maybe?

I've been sneezing a lot too. I do better when it's dry. I always tell everybody I'm allergic to rain, lol.
Carolyn, are you swimming yet? I forgot to tell you all that I didn't gain weight over the holiday. I do believe that's a first!!! Today is my dad's 80th birthday! We're taking him to dinner tomorrow night. He is spending the day with friends and doesn't know when he'll get home so we're celebrating tomorrow. |

Hi, I'm actually posting in the right place now I think.
Carolyn that's the cutest pic, about the cat! That site has great stuff. OK I've gone to ******, put in my stuff, today's the 3rd day I'm doing that. I found some old stats in there from 2008 when I was doing Optimal Diet. I only did it for a short time due to the fact that it made me gain! Grr.. Now I have a Barry Groves book called Natural Health & Weight Loss but realized it wasn't EFGT so today ordered a used copy at Amazon, only $8.50 w/shipping. How do you fill in the stats you guys have to the left? I think I've figured out what all of it means. ![]() Anyway.. glad to be here! Judy Last edited by JJFiddle; 07-07-2010 at 10:52 AM.. Hi ladies..
No, the deck isn't done..Unfortunately, I have to be the little helper and hold the crowbar when dh puts the boards in.. He is very slow..LOL..I get bored..and my favorite tv shows are on at night..LOLOLO.Judy: Glad you got NHWL..It's an updated version of EFGT.. The premise is that the fat will fill you up, so you don't want so much food..LOL. Cindy: Yup, cats can get allergies and with all this rain and stuff...Alex isn't sneezing as much today, but under his eye, it was a little wet..I'm not doing anything about it as I think he will get over it. MK: Let us know how the Thai noodles are.. Susie: LOL..15 year old boys are really funny..One minute they are cool, the next minute they are kids.. Made my favorite no-bake cheesecake..

Hi Judy and Welcome! Go to the top of this page and click on "User Control Panel" It will give you a different page then go under "Edit Details" at the top of the column on the far left. Then scroll down the middle. Everything you put here will be displayed. I gained weight on the optimal diet. I need volume.

Hi JJ!
Well, its pouring rain in Omaha this afternoon. DD's and I are out on the porch enjoying a cup of coffee. Really nice to hear that rain but I swear I smell mold growing. Im making homemade chili for the family and for my supper Im putting 1/4 c. of generic, canned, no beans chili on my pan heated shiritaki noodles topped with paramasan cheese. Comes out to about 5 carbs. Nom Nom! ![]() |

Thanks! The noodles sound good, I need more time to troll around this site. I did find the recipes, just haven't had a chance to REALLY get into them!
I'll do that edit, thanks. Omaha's getting the same rain as they have in Texas? I'm in Virginia, all sunny today, was up to 104! I just had a cup of cream with a spoon of instant coffee in it.Gurrrrg! Tonight we're having brie and raspberries (dh is having brie and crackers lol). I know I won't want anything more than that. I'm already up to 1549 cals but the ratio's rockin! |

LOL Sue - that's your coffee? haha - I've been putting lots of cream in coffee to go to the music store, keeps me from starving over the nonstop 6 hrs. of teaching- but it's usually more like 1/3 cup of cream and a quart of coffee! The cream is raw from our farmer, his "light" cream is still heavier than most, and his "heavy" is nearly solid! I'm getting the heavy tomorrow to try some sugarless ice cream - egg yolks and cream and who knows what else- I might try to avoid adding any carbs to it at all. I doubt anybody will want to help me eat it
![]() Sue- I worry about the noodles since Barry's anti-soy, but honestly, they look like they have NOTHING in them at all- And so many recipes! Maybe worth a shot.. All that cream and I hit 145 g. fat today.. I sat down and filled out Fit Day partially, for tomorrow, maybe I can head off a disaster like that :P Cindy - I sure wish I'd known about Cat Attract a few years ago when one of ours had that problem. Bizarre how something like that could have saved a cat's life. Last edited by JJFiddle; 07-07-2010 at 10:09 PM.. Reason: Cat Attract |
