I have an abundance of duck eggs and zucchini so guess what I am making today? Cleo's low carb pizza crust with lots of fresh chopped basil and oregano I don't know if I will use it to make pizza or just cut it up and dip it in melted butter ... drrrrroooooolllll

This is for Mema Buffy babysitting her precious grandkitteh..

Oh..duck eggs..I bet they are very rich, aren't they, Linda?

Exercised and the coffee shop made a breve instead of a regular iced coffee, so I'm pretty fulll...I love breves, alot.

Yes, it is going to hot all week..I might have to dump my pool water and add a bunch of ice..

Tomorrow is weigh-in..no weight loss here..But maintaining is a good thing for this kiddo..

All done with Brett's laundry..He has jeans from 8 years ago..We need to sort..He needs to sort..They go from 34's to 38's.. The 34s and 36's fit him fine..

Yeah, Carolyn, I just weighed in and I'm up 3 pounds but 2 days ago, I was down 3 pounds. I eat too much salt! Talk at you all in a week. Off to Corning, IA, then Chicago!

Doctor's office called and my bone scan was normal and my mammo was normal..
I haven't taken calcium in a long time..(shame on me), but it could be my exercise and
cheese/cream/beef consumption..

Hello gals, just poppin in for a minute. Had a really nice visit with Hubbys parents in Phoenix, ate clean and came home 2#s down! Who would have thunk? Dad has aged quite a bit since last visit, he is 86 for Petes sake but hate to see the decline. Chat more tomorrow all!
