Gall Bladder gone gone
Please excuse me for not reading through everything before asking...you folks have a ton of stuff here - i cannot wait to wade through it all!
I lost my gall bladder to gall stones about a year and a half ago, and i'm wondering if attempting to increase the fat in my diet will cause any harm? I should have done it sooner....I might still have my GB. I lost about 40lbs very quickly on a low fat, low cal, high protein woe, and paid a dear price for it. I'm on the prowl for the book also. Thoughts? |
have no idea about that book you mention, but many of us have low carbed successfully without gall bladders. good luck!

I lost my gallbladder in the midst of my LCing. Fat doesn't bother me, but it took a while to get things back in order.
Book is available on Amazon in Canada |
Thanks - loving this!
Thanks so much. I've been working it for two weeks now, and am not having any issues at all, other than my hubby asking if i truly am on a diet or not. down 7.3 lb, and I feel good, so I'm happy. I am not exhausted either...which i truly was when i was doing a psmf. Always tired. Now if i could get my thyroid in line, life would be grand! I've got the new version of EFGT on order, and Trick and Treat...Looking forward to those if Amazon would get them here! Was hoping to pour over them over the weekend. Thanks again :)
