Hey, Summer is right around the corner and it is about that time that we shed those stubborn pounds that we have been meaning to get rid of! Join me and others in this challenge to lose 20 or more pounds by Summer 2010! Atkins, South Beach, Stillman's...whatever you choose let's do it!!
