Introduction

Hi, I am beginning this diet today and am going to try to record my progress on this message board. I have gained about 50 pounds in the last several years...probably due to meds I am on. But, my depression and asthma meds are non negotiable. I have tried to get off them and the results are always impossible to live with.

I have the Natural Health and Weight Loss, and Trick and Treat book and have been reading these as time allows.

So far today I have had coffee with 2 Tbs cream. If I am going to do this right, I will have to cook breakfast soon. It will probably involve eggs, sausage, and cheese. I have to go shopping today and will pick up a little fruit and low carb bread, because I like it! Especially fruit with cream....mmmmmmmmmmm.

Have a nice day!

Hey, Lynn..Welcome, but watch the calories, too. Fat adds up very quickly, as we all know..Aim for 1500 and see what happens.
