Oh, no! Monday is weigh-in! That's not fair being just a few days past Thanksgiving.
Carolyn, can you use Photo Bucket for posting pics? I started a Tinypic account but see others use Photo Bucket also. And how do you deterimine the size of the photo? I always like when people post big pics. Maybe my eyesight is going!

Went to Costco yesterday just for the free cookbook and spent $380. The camera I wanted for Cairo was $100 off and turkeys were 49 cents a pound so I bought 2. One I'm baking tomorrow 'cause my BF ate the 13 pound one I made Wed. I love turkey sandwiches. Oh, and turkey soup. One is 19 pounds and one is 20.
At work today. Pray for me as it is Saturday!!

Good grief..Our weigh-in is Monday..Oh well..If we are up, we are up..

We fluctuate over 40.. I don't know about photobucket. Tinypic makes the size the right size for bulletin boards. Some free cookbook, huh? Well, Costco things are big..Yummy..I still have my leftover turkey..But, Gary wants to go Italian for his bday..They have a great no pasta dish. I need to make oopsies for a nice turkey sandwich.

Okay..December challenge ideas? Elves? Santa? Christmas? any ideas.

Oh no, Mary Kay!!! I'm sure the furnace guy can get you up and going..Honestly, I fear for deer hopping out in front of us. I put deer whistles on my car in case they work.
However, glad you had fun at Zona Rosa and no one was hurt...

AKKK..Was 153 today..I'm sure I will be up for the big weigh-in tomorrow..but it's Thanksgiving so I will forgive myself..

I have my 21 pound turkey in the oven. We did not get to have enough turkey sandwiches!
I saw the movie Food, Inc. Well part of it. I'm a sensitive soul and during the slaughter house scenes, I turned it off. It was good but I already knew this stuff.
Cloudy and chilly here today. Indian food tomorrow with the other 2 girls I'm going to Africa with. The Indian food is buffet so I can do a lot of Tandoori instead of the cream sauces.
I took a pic of DC14. I'm going to try to post it.

I weigh on the 1st. So I have one whole day to try to un-do a whole weekend, lol. Ha!! But I'm going to at least try to eat right and get back on track today.

My dad is still at my brother's house. I feel guilty about that?? I think b/c I've been "the one" for so long that if I'm not doing "it" I feel like I should be. Crazy huh?

Anyway, I'm going to try to get a lot done this week b/c next week is very full and I don't want to get bogged down those last 2 weeks before Christmas.

cabage in coconut gravy

onion -
garlic - ] chop~chop
chilli -
shrimp paste / chicken stock
few table spoon of coconut milk
cabbage
prawn/chicken/beef/ hard boiled egg/ roasted beef/chicken/etc
salt

it's really easy. just simmer all this in oven dutch. you may want to put cabbage later

Hmm..Mr. Alex had an accident on purpose near the litter box..It was after I held our friend's darling kitty at his house and had kitty smells all over me. Methinks Alex is afraid of having a baby brother. No such luck. So, let's hope he has recovered after lots of love.
