EFGT & New "The Perfect Weight Plan" DVD

I've been reading a lot about Dr. Groves and "Eat Fat, Get Thin," and I'd like
to know more, especially how it stacks up to other plans as far as sims, diffs and overall results. I've read several places that the book is available as a PDF
download from his site, but I've searched everywhere there and haven't been able to locate the file.

Does anyone have a direct link to the file itself? The actual hard copy book
isn't exactly easy to find these days in the US, and shipping from the UK is a
little pricey.

Also, I noticed Dr. Groves has a recent DVD out called "The Perfect Weight Plan: Be Slim Without Dieting" at The Perfect Weight Plan: 'Be Slim Without Dieting' - Second Opinions, UK ... has anyone tried it yet? I'd love to know more!

Honestly, I have gotten the DVD and it wasn't as good as the book. It's a nutshell version, but the new book, Natural Health and Weight Loss is excellent. You can find it in Canada, which would be cheaper on the shipping, too.

Eat Fat, Get Thin is not available for sale because of the new book..We used to notify Barry and he would send it to us for a fee..

I think if you order the book, you will be happy with it.
