Changing the ratio's a bit:
B: 12 pieces (!!) bacon Snack: 12 oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition's Casein protein powder L: 1 Oopsie 4 oz 80/20 hamburger, weighed 4 oz raw, then cooked 2 T Heinz Low Sugar Ketchup Few pieces of red onion D: 4 oz 80/20 hamburger, 4oz raw weight, then cooked 50 grams baby lettuce, dark green Calories: 1473 Fat: 104 grams 65% Carbs: 11 grams 3% Fiber: 3 grams Net: 8 grams Protein: 112 grams 32% I have cut my carbs big time! Left fat at about 60-70% so protein increased. Goal (for me) is single digit net carbs. |

cindy, i had to stop buying bacon because i would eat it all in one sitting...and it wasn't because i was hungry.
sometimes there is a food that i have been fine w that will suddenly become a trigger. sausage is not a problem...funny, huh? |
