What kind of Fat to eat?

I have not read EFGT yet but I have been reading on his website and on this site. My question might sound ridiculous but besides the skin on chicken or the fat on meat where else can I get fat from?

Thanks

butter, sourcream and other full fat dairy, olive and coconut oil....don't forget cheeses (including brie) and of course cream (whipped or not).

Coco, i'm not a chicken skin or beef fat eater either. If the fat is IN the meat, fine but discrete pieces of fat, not so much. Jem has great suggestions. Lean meat is just another great excuse to slather it in a good cheese or holundaise (SP?) sauce, Alfredo sauce, pesto (I like Costco's) or take the skinless chicken, roll it in finely crushed pork rinds (don't worry, I never liked them either before LC) and fry them in butter or the unflavored coconut oil. Very nice and crispy! Dang, now I'm hungry!

Buy some "Fage" full fat Greek Yogurt, stir in some unsweetened Cocont Flakes a chopped strawberry, and a little Torini syrup (flavor of choice)
