Light Headeness???
Does anyone else have days when they wake up a little light-headed and a bit dizzy on this WOE?
![]() I am not diabetic and have about 30 pounds to lose, if that matters. Lately, I've had a couple of days of being a little dizzy. One day was really bad and eating didn't seem to help so it may have been due to something else. I've been trending towards lower and lower carb and more and more fat as the days where I lose a little are those days with almost no carb. |

Tesa....I'm sorry I can't help you about the dizziness as I have not experienced it....I've read that eating too much fat can make you naseous but that it will pass...not sure about the dizziness unless your total calories are too low...
I guess that wasn't much help but I wanted to reply because like you I have also been tending towards very low carb....as a matter of fact the only carbs I had yesterday were in the cream I had in my 2 coffees....so I don't think the dizziness was from the small amount of carb Lise |

sounds like low blood pressure...eat a bit more salt and make sure you're consuming enough water.
