remember......... ITS NICE TO SHARE... today March 21st is my 1st Month Weigh In and due to eating 2000 calories daily - i have Gained back 2 of my 5 lbs lost... BUT... now i have my Book and with Barry's Knowledge of Natural Health i am going to go into my kitchen this morning and Get Rid Of all the things that are Bad For Me! truthfully i DID buy a few Processed Foods like Whey Protein Powder and Splenda because i had been told that they were Good For Me... but i like Barry's way of eating Much More! All Natural is Definitely the Way To Go! so it's kinda like im starting over again... lets see how my 2nd month goes... Thanks For The Info Carolyn you are a Blessing...[/COLOR] |

Mee: 2,000 calories is alot of calories unless you have a very lot to lose and exercise alot.
and are quite young.. I would definitely aim for 1500 and see how it goes. One gal in the olden days ate the 2,000 calories and gained 17 pounds. Not a good thing, huh? |
